I used your advertised valet service to have a recall done as well as an oil change and safety check on my car. With the expectation that it would take from 9 am until possibly 5 pm last Friday, Decembe done as well as an oil change and safety check on my car. I called around 6 pm Friday evening because I had not heard, except that they wanted to replace license plate lights. I called back Saturday for them to say they didn’t provide valet service on the weekend and would return my car first thing Monday, December 7. I finally called them since I did not hear from them Monday morning. They returned my car around noon and I was charged over $200. Very very disappointing service More

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change for my Honda. I went to dealership and waited a fair amount of time. The service advisor tried to sale me rear tires- which I do not need yet, I drove away Honda. I went to dealership and waited a fair amount of time. The service advisor tried to sale me rear tires- which I do not need yet, I drove away and my car started making a loud awful sound. I returned to the dealer and was told by service men that my oil pan was loose- that it had 2 screws not 4 - they would take it in the back. Well, I told him that my last oil change was done there and no one told me oil pan was missing 2 screws and no one told me today that the oil pan was missing screws. When car was finished the next service man said they had not attached oil pan correctly the first time. Now I will have it checked somewhere else- not sure if oil pan was damaged by driving back to dealer. No confidence in this place. More

I did not experience that in working with other dealers, including two dealerships located closer to my home. If my experience after the purchase Is as good as the purchase of my truck, I look forward to being a Heister customer now and again in the future. I also wanted to say the finance employee I worked with was professional and courteous as well. He was thorough in explaining the fiancé options available, and honored my desires for the option I chose. I did not feel pressured at all, another selling point for my business. I can’t recall his name, however Kahlil should know. If these two individuals represent the type of employees at this dealership, then Heister should have no problems getting great customer reviews.
