I used your advertised valet service to have a recall done as well as an oil change and safety check on my car. With the expectation that it would take from 9 am until possibly 5 pm last Friday, Decembe done as well as an oil change and safety check on my car. With the expectation that it would take from 9 am until possibly 5 pm last Friday, December 4. I called around 6 pm Friday evening because I had not heard, except that they wanted to replace license plate lights. I called back Saturday for them to say they didn’t provide valet service on the weekend and would return my car first thing Monday, December 7. I finally called them since I did not hear from them Monday morning. They returned my car around noon and I was charged over $200. Very very disappointing service More
