Service department failed to provide the basic services I requested. I called, told the service tech I needed 4 new tires for my company vehicle and also a new key fob. Service tech verified the VIN, listed requested. I called, told the service tech I needed 4 new tires for my company vehicle and also a new key fob. Service tech verified the VIN, listed back the tires needed and assured me the tires and key fob would ready for me when I brought the vehicle in 3 days later. Brought the vehicle in, 4 hours later sitting in the service area another service tech now tells me they only have 3 tires and they will have to reschedule a different time for me to come back. Service tech said they took the vehicle to “see if I needed new tires”, said yes I do! I never asked to have the tires checked, I scheduled the appointment to purchase all new tires. I received 4 text message reminders of the appointment prior t coming in. At no time did any of the texts say the tires were not available nor did anyone inform me personally when I came in. Instead I sat there for 4 hours missing VALUABLE time off of my work for nothing. This also means I now have to take more of my valuable time off next week. What should have been a very simple process has now become a big inconvenience for me and my company. More
I had your team rotate the tires again on my most recent oil change. I advised the service writer in the service dept to make sure they do not chip my rims again since they have been chipped by your service oil change. I advised the service writer in the service dept to make sure they do not chip my rims again since they have been chipped by your service techs 3 previous times in your shop at John Heister in Fuquay NC. They changed the oil and chipped my rims again. I am completely upset since I have reviewed this company previously for the same concern and nothing has happened to correct the problem. I prefer the President/CEO contact me immediately since nothing on local level has happened. More
This is my 2nd new car with John Hiester and I couldn’t be happier with my new vehicle, everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful with making our decision to lease or purchase the vehicle. Dan in finance was great to work with as well as both sales managers Jacob and Malik. Definitely recommend this dealership. More
