Had appointment at 11:00am. I waited 4 days to get an appointment that I would be waiting for my truck to be repaired. Add this time I walked back the the repair shop and still setting out side and no work had been started. The technician had gone to lunch. Technician returned from lunch at 1:00pm with his lunch from a fast food restaurant and started eating his lunch. I asked him if he was going to work on my truck, if not I would take it and leave. This technician continued eat pieces of his lunch will honking up test equipment to my truck. It took only 30 minutes to repair my truck. More
