I had an appointment @ 9am to have my transmission fluid changed out. I arrived about 8:50. I was told the cost of the fluid change was around $250. At 11am I checked to see why my car wasn't done. She said that she was waiting on tech for the papers. She called me over to the cashier at 11:35. I don't understand why a transmission fluid change would take over 2.5 hours. I was thinking that the tech may have started the change out at 11am. If someone would have told me about the 2.5 hrs, I would have dropped the car off. More
Do not buy from this dealer without seeing the vehicle first ! I live in a different state, so I bought a truck from them based on pictures, and trusting that a Chevy dealer would sell me a clean truck. first ! Called Hiester Chevy about an almost dead battery. They were able to fit me in on Black Friday and valet service was available. The valet was on time, the battery had one dead cell and was replaced. They were able to fit me in on Black Friday and valet service was available. The valet was on time, the battery had one dead cell and was replaced. I’m Graces brother. I came to the repair desk looking for a new ignition key for my ‘68 Corvette. They asked me to go to parts. They don’t have keys for that year - decided to ask about an oil change. The service desk said about an hour wait, but didn’t take that long. The computer system had trouble wit a car this old, but the Rep was very polite , apologetic - great service More
We’ve always had a great service experience here on our 2018 GMC Yukon XL. Most recently they took care of a battery warranty issue. The battery they installed died after 3 year but had a 55 month warranty 2018 GMC Yukon XL. Most recently they took care of a battery warranty issue. Not only did they give me a new one, but after setting expectation that I would pay for installation, surprised me by honestly revealing installation is also covered. I haven’t bought a vehicle here but would in the future. Car dealership reviews are probably similar restaurant reviews now. Happy people don’t review just keep going back, and unhappy people get a kick out of unfair reviews over the smallest thing. For example, love the car, service is great, but when I stopped by to see if they could check my car because check engine light is on, they said I need to make an appointment! 2 stars More
