I arrived and had a loaner vehicle reserved for 8am (they only hold the car for 1 hour). When I arrived, the check-in line was long, and as I was waiting, they gave away my loaner car because I did not (they only hold the car for 1 hour). This was the second time I had rescheduled the appointment because a loaner car was not available. I had to request to speak to the manager because they wanted me to reschedule after I had taken time off from work to get my car fixed on the recalls. More
