I have been going to this dealership for the past 20 years and my family and I have purchased and or leased multiple vehicles from Crown Toyota. The facility is exceptionally clean, there is free WiFi, coffee, and a small restaurant where you can get breakfast, or lunch or late afternoon snack. Plenty of comfy seating around the facility as well. The purchase and leasing process was super easy no haggling, attention to detail, and no over zealous salesmen trying to sell you something you don’t need. They fit you to the vehicle you want or need! I highly recommend them! Miguel Umana, our sales associate was extremely helpful, and professional. It is because of dedicated employees such as him that we continue to purchase our vehicles there. More

They removed the lug nut security key from the trunk to unlock the wheels in order to rotate them. Instead of returning the security key back to the original location in the spare tire compartment of the unlock the wheels in order to rotate them. Instead of returning the security key back to the original location in the spare tire compartment of the truck, they left the dirty key in the front console cup holder and the security key package on the front passenger seat. Additionally, they left the trunk a mess when retrieving the lug nut security key, and did not return the driver's seat to it's original position. These are little things, but it shows the lack of concern and respect for the customer and their properties. More
