DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS LOCATION. They damage vehicles while in for service and repairs and refuse to make it right after numerous attempts. My 2024 Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro went in for They damage vehicles while in for service and repairs and refuse to make it right after numerous attempts. My 2024 Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro went in for an alignment and some water spot removal that was under warranty. (They force you to pay $1,500 dollar for an ECKBOND coating that covers water spots) when I went to pick up, the car was covered in scratches, ECKBOND coating runs, and a gouge on the rear quarter panel. They immediately took responsibility for it and sent it to Caliber collision who had it for 32 days and who replaced the bumper skin and attempted a paint correction causing more damage that they now refuse to accept. After hours of conversation with Steve Khaled (sales manager) on a Friday night my options were paint touch up and blending paint which I was told I would not be happy with the work. Repurchase was brought up as an option. They were not able to replace the vehicle as it’s not made anymore and tried to offer me $54,920 dollars for a vehicle that costed me $65,824 dollars. This vehicle has 4,300 miles and KBB has value between $57,394 dollars to $63,136 dollars. I was told by Steve Khaled (sales manager) to take the car to Carmax for a better offer. Why would I take a car that they damaged to carmax for a better offer? I have contacted the owner Anthony Woods who did not answer and left a voicemail. Terrible customer service and they clearly don’t want to make things right. Vehicle is now at 41 days sitting at dealership. More
