We put all of our pre-owned vehicles through a rigorous inspection and do our best to put safe and reliable vehicles on the road, we even provide every pre-owned vehicle with an Inspected and Protected 60-day unlimited mileage warranty. We also strongly encourage our guests to purchase an extended warranty for any major repairs beyond the 60 days. That's Ironic that they responded with the direct contact info for the GM.... That's one of the people I personally left a message for and was never returned!! They like to make it sound really good that they are always trying to resolve the issues in some way or form, but that is still no excuse for how I was treated by this dealership and all their management and sales personnel. Considering what another dealership found wrong with it, in my opinion their however many point inspection of used vehicles is a joke and apparently they lack the proper knowledge of specific vehicles. Also I even argued to one of the people that I finally spoke with briefly (before he passed me off to leave a message that wasn't returned) that the extended warranty was never offered to me.
