The best car buying experience! I just purchased my new car at the John Elway Cadillac in Park Meadows through Andrew Greenberg. Not only was this the quickest and easiest car buying I just purchased my new car at the John Elway Cadillac in Park Meadows through Andrew Greenberg. Not only was this the quickest and easiest car buying experience I have had, but it was also the best experience I had with a salesman. Andrew was so knowledgeable and helpful throughout every step of the way with absolutely no pressure, which is so rare to find in a car salesmen anymore. They gave me a fantastic price for my trade in value along with an amazing price on the car I purchased. Every car I purchase from here on out will be through Andrew Greenberg at the John Elway Cadillac. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership and Andrew, truly changed the way I view the car buying experience! Here you are treated as a valuable human with valuable time and money! More

All arrangements were completed online with a date for arrival and finalizing the purchase. We had a trade-in, however the recently installed fuel pump must have failed again, as we couldn't start it. We are very senior citizens, and drove the 370 miles to the Dealer. We completed the purchase dealing with only first class employees. My wife, at 86, drives rarely and was deeply concerned about getting from a motel to the Interstate and following me home. Jon Maxey, our salesman, suggested the Marriott near I25 with easy access. It was pricey and Jon's son had worked for Marriott for years and was advanced in the organization. Jon called in a favor from his son and our room rate was not $200, but $69. He carefully explained the route to I25. It turned out to be a non-problem, however my wife remained concerned. The trip home was a non-event. Our dealings with Bea McNealy were also first class. We attempted to e-mail the manager, Gavin Pierce, but failed on several attempts. Yesterday I sent the comments by snail mail. Never in my nearly 70 years of buying cars have I received such exemplary treatment. My experience has been when the deal was finalized, "Here are the keys and don't let the door knob hit you in the butt on the way out." Never in all of my dealings have I ever accepted my "new" purchase" with a full tank of fuel! We have been exposed to how dealers should behave and can't express our appreciation to the level it deserves. Thank you for opening our eyes to real service, Marilyn & Dick Olwin More
Great service, great car My husband and I were in the market for a used car for our daughter. We just happened to drive by this dealership so we stopped to take a look, not having much information about any specific car or the brand. We were greeted by Andrew and by several other staff members. Andrew was great; he asked about our needs, budget, and preferences. He showed us several great cars and pointed out some great feautres. We immediately settled on the SRX. Andrew never pressured us to buy a car (first day at going to dealerships); he focused on the great features of the car and overall benefits of the Cadillac and John Elway's reputation. Over the next few weeks, my husband and I looked at several other cars (Acura, BMW, etc.) but in the end we came back to Andrew. During that time, Andrew had kept in contact with us to let us know what was available. He was never pushy or overbearing; he was a nice blend of assertiveness and patience. I have bought several cars over my lifetime but Andrew ranks #1 in my book for salesmanship. He is truly an asset to the dealership. When it is time to buy my next car, I definitely plan to return, hoping that Andrew is still there. I would also like to add that the other staff members (Tim Martinez and Warren Barber just to name a few) were equally professional and helpful. Some of the staff brought snacks to my kids and kept them busy as the car buying process can be lenghty. More

I have had my former Escalades serviced at this Dealership for many years and just last week leased a 2017 Escalade. My experience in leasing this new vehicle was exceptional!! The General Manage Gavin could not have been more helpful and attentive. Gavin answered all questions and went above and beyond with making this transaction an enjoyable and an educational experience. Gavin referred me to many outstanding associates within the Dealership during the leasing process. I would highly recommend this dealership!!!. . More

I had spent weeks researching the vehicle I was interested in and was very specific about what my needs were. Bill was able to read the fact that I knew what I wanted and was helpful, but hands off. From start to finish his professionalism was appreciated. I highly recommend seeking out Bill for your next car buying experience even if it is not a Cadillac the John Elway group of dealerships has access to hundreds of used cars More

Bad deal lousy service These guys are typical used car salesman and their service department is dishonest and incompetent. I made the mistake of buying a older but low mile These guys are typical used car salesman and their service department is dishonest and incompetent. I made the mistake of buying a older but low mileage vehicle from John Ellway with the idea that I should get good reliability based on the low mileage and the fact that the dealer had " supposedly" done a thorough inspection of the vehicle and judged it to be in good order. On the ride home I couldn't seem to get the heat working properly but it was night and I was unfamiliar with the vehicle and on the highway so I opted to wait and try to figure out the next day after consulting the manual. The next day I figured out, it didn't work. This was an item specifically signed off on by the technician as having been checked out and in proper working order so at this point I have no faith that their extensive inspection of the vehicle even took place. Not more than 2 weeks later the dreaded check engine light comes on, OH God what have I gotten myself into! A couple of months in and an independent party performed a diagnostic check that showed 22 error codes one of which showed a left abs speed sensor error, that is hooked to the left front wheel bearing, I recalled something about the left front wheel bearing in the data from the dealer sure enough they had worked on it but when I took it to the dealer miraculously the problem was not with the part they had fixed and would be obliged to fix it was now somehow on the other wheel bearing. THIS IS A CAR THAT IS SUPPOSED TO HAVE 25K MILES ON IT. So far in less than 2 months it has required the diverter switch for the heat and AC replaced, it had an O2 sensor go bad, it has had 2 wheel bearings fail. Dealing with the service department is impossible, they tell you they'll have information by a certain time and then when you haven't heard anything and call hours after the time THEY TOLD YOU, they get snippy with you and tell you things like they are just waiting for the results of the computer scan like they're waiting to get back data from NASA or something. Last week I thought there was light at the end of the tunnel, the manager Gavin said he would take the vehicle back, today he calls and says he can only do that if I buy something else from them, That's like a restaurant saying " since you got food poisoning from you dinner, we'll give you another dinner free. Needless to say I won't be buying anything else from John Ellway Cadillac. More
Horrible experience My husband and I had an appointment scheduled today to test drive a vehicle. We arrived during our scheduled time and saw the car being prepped, or so My husband and I had an appointment scheduled today to test drive a vehicle. We arrived during our scheduled time and saw the car being prepped, or so we thought. We then saw they had let another couple drive off on a test drive during our scheduled time. I have never been treated so poorly or had my time disregarded so horribly. We are beyond shocked at the utter lack of respect for both our time and our appointment. We drove down an hour and a half to reach the dealership. I would not recommend this dealership to my sister-in-law or anyone else. In fact I would give them 0 stars if possible. You lost a customer. Hope you sold the car..... LOL-cause you would have! More
