THE WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE IN OVER 40 YEARS OF CAR BUYING!! This review is for a purchase in May 2018 for a 2017 Cadillac Escalade ESV CPO with 11K mileage. I am writing this review now due to many out of pocke This review is for a purchase in May 2018 for a 2017 Cadillac Escalade ESV CPO with 11K mileage. I am writing this review now due to many out of pocket costs I am incurring even though the vehicle is still under warranty. This dealership sold me a piece of junk and have not offered one shred of help regarding this purchase. Thank goodness we had a great service adviser who tried their best to help us. Lenny was our salesmen, but at the time he was new so Jason also assisted with our purchase. They knew I needed a vehicle desperately for my business and took advantage of the fact. At one point my wife and I were encircled by 5 different sales people all pushing high pressure sales tactics. They low-balled my trade-in, a beautiful last gen black ESV. Jonathan who did our financing dropped the ball several times during our deal. He ignored my request to put the vehicle in my company's name. The APR % rate he promised was a lie, it wasn't until after the paperwork had been done I realized our rate was 6% for a CPO!!! He assured me he got me a great rate and I admit me trusting him was a huge mistake. I'm not upset about the rate as much as I'm upset about the fact I found out after the deal was done. I admit, he got me good. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago, I emailed Ron Goodman (manager) about my issues with the product and the deal we were given along with all the added maintenance. Ron had emailed me back to bring the car for service to see what he could do. After bringing the car in for my first service ever, I sent him countless emails and phone calls with no avail. He didn't respond and it felt like a slap to the face. He offered no help, no relief, no responsibility for his brand or his product. The tires are bald at 30K, the rotors were replaced, the transmission worked on, and now suddenly the battery died and needs to be replaced all at around 30K miles. I took care of the battery myself, why waste my time when I have to drive from Aspen about 4 hours to Denver and waste my time at the least helpful dealership in existence. They also denied my request for reimbursement for the brake rotors as well. Cadillac themselves issued a letter saying that the 2017 models suffered from a faulty brake booster and required more pressure on the brake pedal than normal to stop the vehicle. I am certain my rotors failing and this faulty brake booster are related. After speaking with the service manager in so many words he basically said "Not our Problem." John Elway should be ashamed to put his name on such an awful product and dealership. I own multiple Mercedes and Infiniti vehicles and I can proudly say Cadillac will never again be a brand I consider nor will I ever step foot inside John Elway Cadillac. The absolute worst experience of any dealership I have ever purchased from. 1 star is too generous!!!! THEY SHOULD BE FORCED TO SHUT THEIR DOORS AND BANNED FROM EVER DOING BUSINESS AGAIN! DO NOT BUY HERE!!! BEWARE!!! More

Where to begin, first of all we live about 200 miles from Denver in the mountains, far from any dealership. The vehicle needed work, at 30k mi this was the first service we had done at the dealership since warranty work needed to be done on the vehicle. As far as scheduling, its very difficult for me as I have to drive long distances, especially if the vehicle needs to be worked on for a few days. Everyone I had spoke to wasn't really accommodating or willing to work with my schedule. I had gotten a string of "no's, we can't do that, or we don't have any loaners, etc." For a a vehicle that I purchased for $71k it seemed I was getting the same service or worse had I gone with a Honda or Toyota equivalent. I even brought the vehicle in one instance in the late afternoon (my appt was 3p I arrived at 4) I was told no one was able to look at the vehicle until the next day, and on top of that no loaners were available. So I left. I decided to give John Elway one last chance, it wasn't until Becky picked up the phone I finally received the proper service and adviser I should have gotten in the first place. She is extremely professional, an absolute peach. She was very straightforward and honest, she gave that heir of confidence and respect I am use to receiving at luxury car service centers. Her approach and professionalism washed away all the bad tastes left in mouth from the previous interactions I had. Some things she couldn't control, but the things she could she did exceptionally well with the utmost professionalism, including taking care of something for me on her behalf. Becky, I know you tried your best for me and did all you could to accommodate me and I thank you so much. I won't be returning to John Elway, but please if you ever move brands or dealerships keep my information, I WOULD HAPPILY WORK WITH YOU AGAIN ANYTIME!!! More

We had a trade in and the value for the car was very fair (exactly what i expected to get for a Ford Escape). We ended up test driving 3 trucks, provided Carfax and John Elway inspection report. Both men were very knowledgeable about all 3 trucks and answered every question we had. Once we decided on the truck, the sales manager Tim was honest and upfront about what we needed and how much it all would cost. There was no hidden costs or fees. Everyone was very upfront and no haggling. It was a great experience!! More

We got a good trade in on ours and love the new one we bought. JT went over all the new bells and whistles in the new one and has reached out twice to make sure we don't need any help with all the electronic additions. We've had previous Escalades serviced at John Elway Cadillac and have always had great service. More

Not only was this the quickest and easiest car buying I just purchased my new car at the John Elway Cadillac in Park Meadows through Andrew Greenberg. Not only was this the quickest and easiest car buying experience I have had, but it was also the best experience I had with a salesman. Andrew was so knowledgeable and helpful throughout every step of the way with absolutely no pressure, which is so rare to find in a car salesmen anymore. They gave me a fantastic price for my trade in value along with an amazing price on the car I purchased. Every car I purchase from here on out will be through Andrew Greenberg at the John Elway Cadillac. We had a trade-in, however the recently installed fuel pump must have failed again, as we couldn't start it. We are very senior citizens, and drove the 370 miles to the Dealer. We completed the purchase dealing with only first class employees. My wife, at 86, drives rarely and was deeply concerned about getting from a motel to the Interstate and following me home. Jon Maxey, our salesman, suggested the Marriott near I25 with easy access. It was pricey and Jon's son had worked for Marriott for years and was advanced in the organization. Jon called in a favor from his son and our room rate was not $200, but $69. He carefully explained the route to I25. It turned out to be a non-problem, however my wife remained concerned. The trip home was a non-event. Our dealings with Bea McNealy were also first class. We attempted to e-mail the manager, Gavin Pierce, but failed on several attempts. Yesterday I sent the comments by snail mail. Never in my nearly 70 years of buying cars have I received such exemplary treatment. My experience has been when the deal was finalized, "Here are the keys and don't let the door knob hit you in the butt on the way out." Never in all of my dealings have I ever accepted my "new" purchase" with a full tank of fuel! Great service, great car My husband and I were in the market for a used car for our daughter. We just happened to drive by this dealership so we stopped to take a look, not having much information about any specific car or the brand. We were greeted by Andrew and by several other staff members. Andrew was great; he asked about our needs, budget, and preferences. He showed us several great cars and pointed out some great feautres. We immediately settled on the SRX. Andrew never pressured us to buy a car (first day at going to dealerships); he focused on the great features of the car and overall benefits of the Cadillac and John Elway's reputation. Over the next few weeks, my husband and I looked at several other cars (Acura, BMW, etc.) but in the end we came back to Andrew. During that time, Andrew had kept in contact with us to let us know what was available. He was never pushy or overbearing; he was a nice blend of assertiveness and patience. I have bought several cars over my lifetime but Andrew ranks #1 in my book for salesmanship. He is truly an asset to the dealership. When it is time to buy my next car, I definitely plan to return, hoping that Andrew is still there. I would also like to add that the other staff members (Tim Martinez and Warren Barber just to name a few) were equally professional and helpful. Some of the staff brought snacks to my kids and kept them busy as the car buying process can be lenghty. More
