Today after they opened up Ron Goodman the sales manager called me we exchanged some information and a couple emails and then I left Wyoming to drive to the dealership to look at the car.When I arrived I was met by Ron and after we talked he introduced to my salesman Andrew Greenberg he and I went for a drive in the car he explaining features and information as we went and while we were gone Ron appraised my trade. When we got back Andrew went over all the facts and figures and the rebates I was recieving and I got 0% interest which was awesome. Next I worked with Bea McNealy in the finance department and she was great very friendly and informative she explained all the options I had available to me. There was never any pressure to buy the car or any product it was a very pleasant buying experience. I also met Gavin Pierce the general manager and also had my picture made with John Elway. Ok the picture was with a card board cut out but you can,t have everything. I would reccomend this dealership based on my experience. More

Terrible customer service on follow up. I went to get my Cadillac CTS fixed, because it was shaking after washing my engine. Bad idea! I went in to get it fixed and I was advised that one I went to get my Cadillac CTS fixed, because it was shaking after washing my engine. Bad idea! I went in to get it fixed and I was advised that one of the fuel injectors got wet, so they went ahead dried it so I thought everything got fixed. After leaving the service department, I noticed that the car was still shaking, so I called and left a message for the service department manager Clay. Few days have past and no return call. Few days later, I was driving I heard loud rattling sound in the engine compartment, and come to find out that the hydraulics that holds up the hood were just dangling broken off from their sockets. It was obvious that the technician have done this and did not say anything. I was furious at this point ,so I called the dealership and they connected me to their GM and explained to him the situation. He apologized and said that they'll will do anything and everything to make it right and will have his manager Clay call me the next day. Well it's been a week now and no phone call. I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service received and poor follow up on the management side, I truly thought I found a place that can be trusted, but I was so wrong!! I would not recommend taking your vehicle at this particular location, because when it comes to admitting to their faults, good luck on getting any type of response. More

It begins with the swarm of sales people with Marlboro's attached to their lips watching like vultures as you drive into the lot. Next is the sales manager up in his throne looking down on the world & over-exercising the power granted him of no deal being made without his grubby fingers getting on it. Then it's off to the dungeon of finance where you are subjected to constant torture to convince you to buy crap you don't need that will double your car payment. Finally, you drive away wondering what third world country war zone you were just subjected to. Fast forward to April 21, 2016 when I bought a car from John Elway Cadillac & had a completely pleasant car buying experience. Beginning with Mike Lambert, the most down-to-earth, knowledgeable & no pressure salesman I have ever dealt with. He took his time to show & share features, always showing great patience & never pushing or rushing. Next was Lori in finance, the nicest & most unlike any car dealer finance "closer" I've ever dealt with. When I was done comparing cars/dealers & made the decision to buy from Elway, it took under an hour to complete the entire process. This was without question the most painless car buying experience I've ever had. If you are in the market for a new or used car, I strongly encourage you to visit Mike Lambert & John Elway Cadillac & give them a shot at earning your business - I know you won't be disappointed! Dan rocked it! I took my car in, it was missing, needed a tune up. Dan assessed the issue within minutes, turned out we needed new spark plug wires and a tune up... Dan assessed the issue within minutes, turned out we needed new spark plug wires and a tune up...not surprising, it's a 12 year old EXT with 178K+ miles on it, we added an oil change...and it was in by 9 am and was out ready to go by 2 pm! Poor service team Charged more for oil change then quoted. Have owned my 2008 SRX for just over a year and was not aware of all the problems with the front turn signal Charged more for oil change then quoted. Have owned my 2008 SRX for just over a year and was not aware of all the problems with the front turn signals/daytime running lamps. Very disappointed that the service rep did not disclose this issue or recommend better options available other than replacing bulb for $200. More

AMAZING I worked with Brian, not only was he punctual and professional, but he was also laid back and VERY EASY to work with, no pressure to buy and was EXTRE I worked with Brian, not only was he punctual and professional, but he was also laid back and VERY EASY to work with, no pressure to buy and was EXTREMELY helpful with my situation and I couldn't be any happier with my used car purchase, And as I waited to go into the finance office (15 minutes there was one deal ahead of mine) The General Manager was walking around the waiting area speaking with all the customers, and I was in and out of finance in 15 minutes, Quick easily and painless!
