Christine, I have seen a number of your responses to other reviewers who voiced the same concerns over deceptive financing practice. You claim to "take review under consideration," yet the same customer complaints happen repeatedly. Either you are being forced to provide form letter responses and have no actual power within your organization to actually influence its processes, or you are simply feigning concern for the sake of public image. If that is the case, you are simply a lame duck PR representative for a highly unethical organization. Henry

We are sorry you feel this way. After being notified on 01/17/2017, a check was cut on 02/22/2017 in the amount of $246.93 and sent directly to your lienholder. We also sent you an email apologizing for the perceived delay, but explaining that we process refunds in accordance to very specific guidelines that protect our consumers. If you are experiencing an issue, I suggest you contact your lienholder.

I sincerely apologize you felt misled by John Eagle Honda. We truly do care about all of our customers. Unfortunately, sometimes more than one person is interested in the same vehicle, it generally has to come down to fairness. We can't reserve cars or hold cars unless the buyer is already on site. Abel is one of our top performers and a very considerate salesperson. If he thought there was any chance the car would be sold, he would have notified you immediately. As it happened, the car sale was finalized with the other customer on-site. It really does happen that fast sometimes, and I wish we were able to make this right or even find another car to fit your needs but I understand if you are no longer interested. We truly do wish we could make every customer happy, and when two customers are looking at the same car, sometimes it's very difficult to accomplish that. Again, we apologize for this situation and wish you the best of luck finding your perfect vehicle. -Christine Clauder
