had a very hard time with service and sales department. Bought a brand new jeep and they were supposed to get back to me as to when I could pick up the car. They dropped the ball and didn't get back to me Bought a brand new jeep and they were supposed to get back to me as to when I could pick up the car. They dropped the ball and didn't get back to me until 2 weeks after I signed the papers, which meant that I was paying for a car that was still sitting on their lot! I was the one that had to keep calling them... NOT COOL!!!They compensated me by giving me a tank of gas.... When I had to use their service department, it was even more of a fiasco. Had the hardest time even getting someone to pick up the phone. Finally had to physically go to the dealership. People were not friendly or knowledgeable. almost wish I had bought a different car.... When I went to pick up the car, they told me my car was outside, walked around for 5 min and couldn't find it. Had to go inside and have someone get it for me. Common courtesy would be to drive the car around, as EVERY OTHER dealership does... More
