0 start review! !! Horrible liars. Took my down payment....then....tried to deliver me a damaged vehicle after saying it was in "excellent" and "mint" condidtion. !! Horrible liars. They said they would fix the damage within a week, send me new photos of the repairs....then we could determine if we'd still like to purchase. 2+ weeks later I hadn't heard anything and never received photos of the repairs. Emailed all of the people I had worked with. Was told they sold the vehicle to someone else. They still had my down payment and sold the vehicle to someone else!!! Never work with Amato!! Run if you don't want to get lied to. Yes, I also worked with the "GM" JR Amato.....he did absolutely nothing to help this situation. He won't even respond to my request to talk with him after finding out they sold the vehicle while still holding my down payment! Horrrible business practices!! Do not buy from them! More

had a very hard time with service and sales department. Bought a brand new jeep and they were supposed to get back to me as to when I could pick up the car. They dropped the ball and didn't get back to me until 2 weeks after I signed the papers, which meant that I was paying for a car that was still sitting on their lot! I was the one that had to keep calling them... NOT COOL!!!They compensated me by giving me a tank of gas.... When I had to use their service department, it was even more of a fiasco. Had the hardest time even getting someone to pick up the phone. Finally had to physically go to the dealership. People were not friendly or knowledgeable. almost wish I had bought a different car.... When I went to pick up the car, they told me my car was outside, walked around for 5 min and couldn't find it. Had to go inside and have someone get it for me. Common courtesy would be to drive the car around, as EVERY OTHER dealership does... More
