During the Corona pandemic the dealership has been by appointment only and limited service hours. The service department made sure to contact me when there was an opening to correct a minor issue. Was there for warranty work. My oil change experience last month and follow up engine light work was good. I don’t think the washer fluid was topped off, just 3 weeks the washer fluid is low. Even if your dealer and service is good, Maserati has the worst customer service. Their calls mostly sound like threats. Would recommend staying away from these cheaply built expensive cars. More
