It was ok, they do just the bare minimum as a service department. I asked if they could put some oil and washer fluid while they had my vehicle for 10 Days!! It was my fist visit for service. Getting the appointment was easy and got one almost the next day. The associate was not wearing a mask and never tried to put one on although he was interacting with custome was easy and got one almost the next day. The associate was not wearing a mask and never tried to put one on although he was interacting with customers and coworkers. It looked to me that that was not the practice at the site. The car was not washed and never reached out to get one. I had to remind them that we had bought a plan for service. If I had forgotten I would have ended up paying $600, I would assume that would be in the car's profile. More
