This is the only place I bring my 2016 F150 platinum truck. It has been misdiagnosed causing me to wheelbearings I did not need and has been four times to change a computer module in the engine that com truck. Purchased a new 2019 Expedition form Rizza, in August, the front driver window cracks and I take it into the dealership to have it replaced as it is under warranty. Took the car in August 31st 2020 - it the front driver window cracks and I take it into the dealership to have it replaced as it is under warranty. Took the car in August 31st 2020 - it is now September 30, 2020, no window no car. Takes multiple calls and texts to even get a response. Also, to add insult to injury, had to beg for a courtesy car (after being out of a car for the first two weeks) and as grudgingly given a small economy car - which is useless to me as I have an Expedition for a reason (four kids and two kids that I cart around). Will never use this dealership again and I do not recommend their service department at all. More

Joe Rizza service has always been top notch. They managed to get my vehicle repaired much sooner than expected. Ike was so helpful.
