The incorrect size for my wiper blades was put on. The blade is shorter than any blade I’ve had on this car before. At least it was a fast return this time. Eduardo is great to work with. I purchased a battery that was apparently defective as it went bad within a year. It was replaced at no cost and service was pleasant and professional. Our experience with Joe Rizza Ford was excellent. We had brake repairs made to our 2010 Fusion SE. Scott our service rep was very pleasant and knowledgeable as was the mechanic who did the work.
