I sent my car in for a latch recall. After all work was completed, I told the service rep that the door was not latching properly. He responded as if it was my fault. He told me that "if we would have know completed, I told the service rep that the door was not latching properly. He responded as if it was my fault. He told me that "if we would have known, we would have looked for that". I informed him that I sent the car in for the latching recall, and one of the doors was not opening at all. He reiterated that " we were not looking for that". The delivery service person was with me as I made this call, in hopes that he would be able to just take it back and get the problem resolved. My service rep told me that I would need to make a new service appointment. The appointment was almost a month out. I appreciated the convenience of the delivery service, but I did not appreciate the service rep insulting my intelligence by not taking responsibility for the inability to completely resolve the latch issue. Instead, he wanted me to believe that I, even though I am not a mechanic, should have told them specifics about the latch issue when I first brought the car in to receive the "latch recall" and a door handle replacement. I could have been ok with him accepting responsibility, but for him to continue to say that I should have told them, was completely unacceptable. Update: Yesterday January 4th, I sent my car for its 3rd service visit in 2 months (second visit was because I part needed to be ordered). Eduardo informed me that they would need to keep my car overnight because they were waiting on the diagnosis. Today, he contacted me to let me know that they needed to replace the latch on the door. This is why I was so upset at his initial condescending response when I contacted him after the last service visit. So after all, it was the latch. I just wanted to give an update. More

I had a terrible experience with Roxanne Ford. We went the three times, first time we bought a used Ford Explorer and the a/c compressor blew in these then a month and the oil needed to be changed in less the three times, first time we bought a used Ford Explorer and the a/c compressor blew in these then a month and the oil needed to be changed in less then a month. Not only that but one of the tires had a slow leak that had to be repaired. We went back and bought a used Edge same issue with the oil and the brakes had to be replaced within 1k miles. We went there again as the Explorer had more than 6k of repairs (according to them) including the ac compressor again when I I brought it in for recalls. Spoke it took them 3 weeks to to anything with the car and I decided to speak with a salesman to see if I could look at different options. Set an appointment and it was a joke didn't want to offer us what the Explorer was worth but would not even agree on an employee discount with my company that is online. After telling them that it is their website I was literally told by the sales manager that I need to start trusting people(unbelievable). We continued to look at other dealers and ended up with a Jeep. Not even nay that when I asked for the keys to the Explorer they wanted to charge me over 350$ for doing nothing and when I asked to speak with the service manager he had the gall to call me son. When I challenged her m and told him I am a veteran and he has no right to call me son he backed down, but seriously terrible service, terrible used cars and terrible employees. More
