This is my family Ford Dealer. Have purchased 5 vehicles from this location. My company, HP, uses Ford Escapes as our company vehicle. Service Dept was great and 5 stars, but I cannot believe many of your sales staff do NOT wear masks. Extremely disappointing and very concerning. I had to leave the service waiting area as a customer came i many of your sales staff do NOT wear masks. Extremely disappointing and very concerning. I had to leave the service waiting area as a customer came in, took off her mask and was going to eat. I walked to the dealership side chairs and was horrified when I walked in to find that at least 4-5 sales people were NOT wearing masks with at least two others covering just their mouths - their noses exposed. I ended up sitting outside as I did not feel comfortable or safe. Everyone in the service area was masked and extremely friendly. More
