I talked with Scott Sciaky and Lauren Kutsche. Even the woman who rang me up at the end was very nice. I bought my car at the Ford dealer in Matteson and was not very happy with their service when I went in for an oil change a while back. Will be going to Rizza from now on. Everyone was very professional and helpful. Even got a car wash I did not ask for!! I would highly recommend that dealership. More

Great Service I was in and out within a hour. Never had an oil chage/inspection/car wash done so quickly. Far better than when I take my wife's car in (different I was in and out within a hour. Next time Please When I picked up my car, my invoice stated I needed a battery. Had I known of this problem I would have had the dealership replace it while car was al When I picked up my car, my invoice stated I needed a battery. I feel bad writing a bad review cause I have always been satisfied in the past. This time, though, I brought my car in for service on a Ford recall for fuel line problems. I scheduled the appointment a go satisfied in the past. This time, though, I brought my car in for service on a Ford recall for fuel line problems. I scheduled the appointment a good 2 weeks out. Dropped the car off the night before. Blah blah blah. When I got the call the next day that my car was ready to be picked up......I was informed that it HAD been inspected and it DID need a fuel line replacement. BUT THEY NEEDED TO ORDER THE PARTS! Why would this part not be stocked and the work be completed after inspection. Now I have to make another appointment, need another ride, will be without my car another day!!! Just doesn't make sense to me, More

I just picked up my 2011 F-150 from getting serviced, and once again had a great experience. From the time I dropped my vehicle off, until I picked it back up, my service advisor Charles kept in contact with once again had a great experience. I always feel secure bringing my vehicle in for service or maintenance anytime of year. I visited the dealership for service with Dave Pace. He was extremely busy. He asked Sam to assist me with anything I needed until he could take care of my needs. Sam is very familiar with the the operation and options of Cadillac SRX, he offered advice on the operation and any service that may be needed. Dave in the mean time took my car and gave me a loner. No other dealership has ever offered the service that I have received at Rizza. Thanks Sam and Dave! More
