Ford Escape Hatch, Interior Molding/Handle Loose Interior plastic molding on interior of hatch door in my Ford Escape became very loose, even pulling away from the door when trying to use handle to c Interior plastic molding on interior of hatch door in my Ford Escape became very loose, even pulling away from the door when trying to use handle to close hatch. It started to become very difficult to use the hatch at all, since the handle is part of the molding that was pulling away from the door. I took the car in to see if they needed to order parts, etc., expecting to have to make an appointment to come back at a later date. Scott checked it and said they'd be able to take care of it for me that same morning. I was very appreciative of the quick, efficient and courteous service! More

Earlier than expected I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. The sales rep. said I had a recall that needed to be taken care of as well. Great service. I have not had a problem being courteously waited on. They have a very nice and comfortable waiting room.
