Was not told of problems that might occur after service I had a battery replaced (4 times in 10 years) in my 2008 Ford Edge. As I found out later, proper precautions were not taken to insure computer modul I had a battery replaced (4 times in 10 years) in my 2008 Ford Edge. As I found out later, proper precautions were not taken to insure computer modules in car would have been protected. Immediately upon driving from dealer I was experiencing transmission shifting issues. I call service manager and he told me then, that the transmission will probably have to "learn" after battery replacement. There are steps, via special computer testing, that could have avoided this problem, which I had learned from Ford Motor Co. More

Once he gets you to sign he doesn't care anymore so tread carefully. I put the rest of the post on Facebook. Lauren on the other hand assumed everything right away and had a snobby tone to her voice like she was upset I had to bring my car in like I said if you want more details I put it on Joe rizza Facebook page in all I wouldn't go there I would go to Rob Baker Ford instead. More
