Below average service Up until now I used to bring all my Fords here for service including oil changes, but last few service events has me completely disappointed with this Up until now I used to bring all my Fords here for service including oil changes, but last few service events has me completely disappointed with this dealer. Wait times are longer and they don't let you know when your car is done. You have to physically hunt down your service personnel to ask for an update and everytime I asked the car was ready to go. I have dealt with most service managers here and they all disappointed me. They don't throughly check for the issue you report and because of this you have to bring your vehicle for the same issue again. I think they put Lincoln customers before Ford customers. They don't even wash Ford vehicles anymore. More

Having an inconsistent entrance for service in a timely manner. Then after work is done, service done on vehicle looks to be top notch but that's not dealing with any individual in person or phone, asking for proof of coupon, had input into service scheduling system, not able to find and could not return at later date to reclaim discount cause job is closed, what does that mean??? Then had the audacity to offer a paper coupon for car wash, if you're going digital then do it fully or don't do it at all, also my car spent all day at your dealership after an early morning service and did not get washed, so please don't present service with a car was unless you follow through every time. My apologies to the service counter clerk not her fault and I took it out on her, but she does work for you, so an employee has to support and stand by the good and bad service it's company provides. Problem solved I had an issue with my new vehicle. They got me in for an appointment fast. Scott even set me up with a courtesy vehicle as I had no other way to ge I had an issue with my new vehicle.
