Top Notch Customer Experience! I returned to this dealership for a routine oil change but it coincidently was also nearing the end of my car lease period. I decided to view the show I returned to this dealership for a routine oil change but it coincidently was also nearing the end of my car lease period. I decided to view the showroom again and was greeted by my friendly salesman Shaban. He quickly understood my situation and current goals and made informative recommendations to consider. Despite inclimate weather conditions, he patiently waited outside while I searched for right vehicle and color. I finally decided on my new MKC and am very happy with my decision and Shaban’s ability to obtain the best financing for my needs.
