This dealer stated I would need to pay a diagnostic fee for them to assess my vehicle before they would process an official manufacturer safety recall which I received in the mail for my vehicle. I had an issue with my 4WD not engaging on my 2019 F-250 Super Duty. I reached out to Scott Sciaky and he scheduled an appointment within a few days. This was in January and I use my F-250 Super Duty for some plowing so I was concerned about getting my truck back. No worries, as the day after I dropped my truck off I received a phone call that my truck was finished and repaired under warranty. I appreciate Scott Sciaky and Mark Stephens taking care of me and my vehicle in a professional and timely manner. Scott is always courteous and attentive. And, a thanks to Joe Rizza Ford for their great customer service and clean facilities. More
I am super disappointing The main reason why I brought the vehicle wasn’t fixed instead of telling me that I need to replace the entire windshield which has nothing to do with the problems I own multipl the vehicle wasn’t fixed instead of telling me that I need to replace the entire windshield which has nothing to do with the problems I own multiple vehicles and none of them from Rizza they are super disappointing I took a Lincoln to the Rizza Lincoln they told me to take it back to whoever sold me the vehicle they claimed the vehicle has been in a flood and the vehicle has been fixed by Libreville Lincoln in Highland Park Lincoln they both confirmed that the vehicle has no sign of been in a flood. Consider you guys are next-door to me and your price are very reasonable I would rather take my vehicles up there but unfortunately I’m going to I’m going reject it the salesman put so much Markup $30,000 above the MSRP prices is ridiculous OK I agree on those price term decide to trade my vehicle they lowball me for almost $8000 I went to auto dealership they gave me $8000 more what they were offering this is not right there’s not a way of doing business Markup $30,000 above the MSRP That’s very not inviting at all and I’m so disappointed you guys are next-door to me I would rather service all my vehicle with you guys but instead I have to travel all way to Highland Park or Naperville all Schaumburg to get my service done some need to be doneThe only silver lining is your service prices certain prices much competitive than Schaumburg and Naperville specially on the Cadillac side.
