Something was making a dragging sound underneath the car. I love bringing my car in for service because everyone is so nice. Yesterday I dealt with Kiley.....I think that is her name. Awesome service I took my vehicle in for two recalls and they were taken care of immediately. I also went back a week later for some work to be done. Unsatisfied customer I received an oil change and tire rotation. My tires were not balanced. When I called on 4/16 I was informed that tires are only balanced at the req I received an oil change and tire rotation. My tires were not balanced. When I called on 4/16 I was informed that tires are only balanced at the request of the owner. This policy makes no sense to me. A balance should be automatically done with tire rotation. Due to the distance and my time constraints I had to take my care some place else in order to have my tires balanced. More
Oil Change I had an oil change done on my 2017 Acura, I have had issues with the last 2 oil changes, they did not empty the oil drip pan. The service manager as I had an oil change done on my 2017 Acura, I have had issues with the last 2 oil changes, they did not empty the oil drip pan. The service manager assured me it would be double inspected this time. I also requested that they look at the read drivers side door handle as it was loose. When I got in the car I checked the oil percentage gauge to find it was not reset. I had to go back in and have them perform this. The next day the rear door handle piece fell off. I also asked concerning a tire rotation, but never heard anything about if it needed it or not. They did want to sell me filter replacement and lower fluid replacement, but I told them no for both. I'll be looking elsewhere for no on for service and car purchases. More
Needed a new key fob The girl who wrote up our order asked us (my daughter and I) if we wanted a complimentary car wash after they programmed the key fob. We told her it wasn’t necessary as my husband had recently washed it. We jokingly suggested that it could probably use a dusting. We then went outside to look at all the new cars to pass the time. When we came back in we noticed the lady who wrote up our order (unfortunately I don’t remember her name). She was actually dusting off my Car! She had taken us seriously and was dusting it off. Everyone we dealt with was more than helpful! They were all friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and just a pleasure to deal with. More
