Monday,Mr.Kay to cancel the extended warranty- and to notify me-a nice touch.Call from Ms.Galllatte on Monday and help on Tuesday again much appreciated. More

Had a great experience buying 2012 Acura TL. They did not have the Advance package in stock but let me drive their loaner until they were able to get me the car/package/color I wanted. Chris and Dale were gr have the Advance package in stock but let me drive their loaner until they were able to get me the car/package/color I wanted. Chris and Dale were great to deal with. They know their stuff. Also so friendly and easy to talk to. They want to make sure you are completely satisfied. They deserve all the credit. The employee I worked with was good however, after I purchased my car and went back to get some additional work done, I came across another employee that was extremely rude and disrespectful. I was supposed to get some work done on a used MDX I purchased per the sales contract but the sales person who I signed the contract was not available and I wanted some clarity on some work that needed to be done so I was forwarded to another employee.....boy was this man the rudder customer service person I have ever met! He even went on to tell me "well you should have thought about it before you paid for the car" and that too in the worst possible attitude and the russet tone! Very unpleasant experience that happened two years ago but I will never forget it. I will also never buy a car from that dealership again. More
