This week I bought car #4 from Joe Rizza Acura and Jerry Johnson. Jerry is a great person--he always stops to say hi when I'm having my oil changed or other service work done. I certainly wasn't aware of the cost of repair, I thought it was JUST a light bulb. Nearly $700. It was explained that it wasn't that simple. Price could have been lower-the difference .9% vs.1.9%for "used"-is the reason for 4/5-I believe this just happened to be the way the situation unfolded-no intentional misleading acts were perceived-indeed Ms.Gallatte,s Manager,Mr. Kay did a nice job of compromising-allowed face saving. Monday,Mr.Kay to cancel the extended warranty- and to notify me-a nice touch.Call from Ms.Galllatte on Monday and help on Tuesday again much appreciated. More
