When we bought the car the sales guy was fawning over us, and later we found out we were screwed over on price. Howeqver, I absolutely do not mind paying more for a better experience. What hurt me more was the fact that the same sales guy who kept reassuring us that we could call him any time with any questions, was almost borderline hostile when we actually showed up asking for help. We live more than an hour from the showroom, so we could not go back immediatrly for a full demo they were supposed to give us. When we returned 3 months later for an oil change, I found the sales guy and asked him if he would be able to spend a few minutes with us demo'ing the car. First off he had no idea who we were, and secondly, he abruptly ended his conversation ( he came to us thinking we were potential buyers) and said " it might look like we are free, but lots of customers come in usually on Saturdays.". These guys were actually sitting around a table chatting! He just walked away. Lots of ways he could have handled the situation, asked us if there were any specific questions he could answer, or set us up with someone from service to walk through the features, or at least apologize and set up an appointment for the future! Nothing. He just walked away. I guess if I really was looking for a premium car experience, I should have coughed up for a BMW. Lesson learnt. Am never going back to these guys ever! More
The service dept is always great. They review the issues with me and their recomendations. Never high pressure sells, much appreciated. My salesman was very friendly and knowledgable right from the start. He never tried to push me in any direction and answered all of my questions .
