Joe was totally highballing us. He started with $800 a month on the lease and landed on $359. It was the hold their keys to their car experience. Back in 2004 I went into Joe Rizza Acura in Orland Park and purchased a brand new TL, I loved that car. I had great service then and decided that now was the time to up grade and go back to Rizza. The dealership was easy to do business with. Paperwork went smoothly. However, when the vehicle was shipped to me, out of state, it was missing items (driver manual, rim lock key) and the two th Paperwork went smoothly. (Remove dealer sticker on back, installation of front bumper license plate holder). I don’t know where the miscommunication happened, but the delivery aspect was hectic as I had to call to get these issues resolved. More
