Overall I thought the service was pretty good, I dealt with Andre Woods and he was really nice, and most important really honest. I don't have good credit, I lost my job a few years back and because of th with Andre Woods and he was really nice, and most important really honest. I don't have good credit, I lost my job a few years back and because of that my car was repossessed, he flat out told me I couldn't get the car I wanted and didn't try to b.s. me like the guy at the other dealer. He showed me the cars that would work for my approval, I picked an Impala, I liked the car and it came with a two year warranty but before I bought it I asked to take it to my mechanic, he said that was fine, I also asked for a carfax which checked out fine... Never buy a used car without getting it checked out yourself! I will deal with Joe Ricci and Andre again and hope to build my credit back up so I can get what I really want, a 2012 Dodge Charger. More

Service is horrible - Purchased used SUV transmission went out, SUV was still under warranty - Service kept my vehicle for over 45 days, since my vehicle was under warranty I felt they gave us inadequate went out, SUV was still under warranty - Service kept my vehicle for over 45 days, since my vehicle was under warranty I felt they gave us inadequate/incomptent service because we were not "paying customers". They would not return telephone calls, they would put us on hold and keep us on hold as long as 30 minutes. It was the worst customer service experience I have ever received. I would not recommend Joe Ricci to my worst enemy. More

They rip people off!!! Sold me a lemon with blown head gaskets. Gave me a bad check for difference between my trade in and the car that I purchased from him. Refuses to make it right. Told me in writing gaskets were repaired, t check for difference between my trade in and the car that I purchased from him. Refuses to make it right. Told me in writing gaskets were repaired, two independent mechanics have proven this is a lie. Didn't file electronically for my title for over a month after the car was purchased and only after I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The engine has red silicone all over it to check for an oil leak which it clearly has, but, that was not divulged. Both independent mechanics have given an estimate of over $3,000 in needed repairs. The check I was given was not able to be cashed for over 10 days after I completed my purchase and Mr. Ricci told me that if I was a "normal" person I would've deposited the check into my bank account. Like it was my fault he wrote me a bad check. I will be picketing at the Taylor location, so look out for me. More
