Flavio was the Joe Meyer Kia Service rep that I worked with today for servicing my Soul and my dad's Sorrento. He was very prompt, knowledgeable and helpful. I you have to service your Kia, make sure you don’t get Zac. Completely incompetent to the point of believing his is intentionally trolling you. Had to get service for 2 recalls. Brought it in and would get updates from him as i was waiting (we completed one recall, now working on other, etc.). After two and a half hours comes and tells they didn’t have the parts for either recall! Says will call me when they are ready. Of course, never calls. Called 4-5 times to schedule, and every time told he will call me back. One of those times, he put me on hold form30 minutes or so, and then said he will call me back (which he never did). Finally scheduled it, and called before I left to confirm (because of my prior experience with this guy). Told its on the schedule and to come on in. As I walk through the doors, he said I’m here on the wrong day. If you have time to deal with these games and incompetency, use Zac. If not, ask for someone else. I have never had an issue with any other service person - they have all been great. Was told by the service manager that they are aware of the issue, and are trying to address it. More
