I had a call from this dealership trying to sell me recommended service or purchase a new car. I purchased the extended warranty when i got the car in 2022 and to infirmation as to what is covered is i recommended service or purchase a new car. I purchased the extended warranty when i got the car in 2022 and to infirmation as to what is covered is impossible. Once they get your money they are finished with you. I asked if the recommended service was covered under my extended warranty, and was told they would get back with me. That was about 2 weeks ago, and I have heard NOTHING out of the service department. Will shop around before getting new car, this location is in my estimation, lacking in trust. More
I have a 2017 Kia Niro which needed AC repairs. They worked with me on reducing the labor cost so that I could afford the repairs. They also provided me with a loaner car which saved me over $1000!
