Regarding this review, we would like to submit the following: The gentleman from Michigan was attempting to purchase a $25,000 truck. Joe Myers Ford sent all the paperwork via FedEx with a return envelope for him to send it back. We then tried to call several times due to not receiving the paperwork back from the customer. There was no answer or call back. About a week later, we did receive a call from this gentleman, he did not want to pay some of the charges that are legal for the state of Texas. This was after an agreement was made on the price, a deposit to hold the vehicle was taken and we took this truck off the market for him. This gentleman did not want to pay and we agreed with him that he should not have to, therefore we refunded his deposit. Typically, a deposit is not refundable. He then contacted the General Manager and offered to go ahead and pay the agreed price, but he will not be happy. Joe Myers Ford in the great state of Texas does not want to begin a relationship with anyone who is unhappy with us in any way shape or form. We want our customers to be happy and just like any good relationship, you can't begin with unhappy people. We do hope that this gentleman finds the vehicle he wants and we wish him all the best.
