There was no pressure and he made me feel appreciated and showed me the respect you hope for when making this type of a major purchase. The Finance Manager, Craig Bosley, worked with me to make certain I received the most value for my circumstances. He made me feel comfortable and confident in my purchase decision. Finally Emma Jones in Customer Service topped off the experience by making me feel that I truly had joined a family. She was so sweet and made me feel so special and proud of my decision. I related to each Team Member and I am completely satisfied with my experience. I have already recommended Joe Myers to family and friends and will continue to do so with confidence and pride. More

Purchased new vehicle after my car caught fire and was destroyed.My first contact was Rudy Majette who had e-mailed me a price for a new 2014 Ford Fiesta. Great experience when buying @ Joe Myers Ford. Glen Francis is excellent to work with and he shall keep my buisness in any future Ford purchases. Only have two complaints as far as service goes, however they are slowly being addressed. The headliner in our new Expedition rattles and a new one is on order. The tires on the new Expedition need to be balanced as they were "flat spotted" from sitting on the lot. Service claims they drove the vehicle and didn't notice the vibration. However, the vibration is there and as a repeat customer (4th time buyer @ Joe Myers Ford) the service dept. should either replace the tires or at minimum balance them. At a cost of $40K+, a new vehicle should be very smooth and very quiet. I am scheduled to bring the Expedition back in (2nd time) on Tuesday November 19, 2013 at 0700. Service will replace the headliner at that time and I fully expect them to address the tire issue. If at that time the tire issue persist, I will then file a claim with Ford. Thank you. More
