Absolute nightmare!!!! These people are the most unethical people in the car dealership business. They stole, lied, and cheated me on my trade in. Greg Martin (my salesman These people are the most unethical people in the car dealership business. They stole, lied, and cheated me on my trade in. Greg Martin (my salesman) is a lying snake. He made promises and never fulfilled one, he stole my trade in by inflating the price of my car to accommodate the credit they were suppose to give me on my trade. They got my truck for 14k when it was worth about 20k. They twisted the numbers and since they knew I was in a hurry they took advantage of the situation. His manager Chris Alligood, Josh Potts were also in on it. Total thief's, and Carolyn Cross is the head of the pack, I think she trained them well to be the thief's they are. Another problem that I now face, after giving me 10,000 miles of free gas that is written in my contract, they are now telling me that because I gave them bad reviews on the web, that I must remove all of the bad reviews and negative comments in order for them to give me my gas cards, that alone speaks volumes on this organization. Gene Ferow customer service manager lied also, and Craig Bosley in finance was the one that did the most deceitful act by not showing me and lying to me on the figures. Beware!!! Customer comments are there to help other consumers not make the mistakes that other made and to show if this business practices are ethical. I have every right to write what my experience was with them. How unethical can you get, they have to give me my gas cards!!! They cannot hold them hostage until I remove anything....I ain't removing crap, it is what it is. They are thief's.... More

Due to various circumstances, we ended up ordering a vehicle to built, and on the day it arrived my trade was damaged by a driver not paying attention. Messrs Harris and Watson made the transition from old car to new as painless and as efficient as they possibly could, and I now a happy owner of a new Ford. Craig Bosley was also an efficient finance manager. I have always used this dealership for services and will continue to do so, with Gerald Touloudis being sn excellent service advisor. More

There are many, many Ford dealerships in Houston - I could have shopped around for a while to haggle for a price. None of the local dealers could match their offer and thought I was gonna get ripped off with add ons. That being said I was a little apprehensive, but I really had no reason to be. The only add on was tint. The deal they gave me was still the best offer by far. No high pressure sales tactics whatsoever, very easy to deal with. From what I understand some of the older negative reviews were for a different owner? And staff. They cleaned house a couple years ago. I dealt with Tony Morgan and was very satisfied. I would recommend Joe Myers to family and friends and would shop there again. More

Started via an internet sol Bought a 2015 Edge from Joe Myers Ford. Had talked to other dealers who did not have a vehicle I wanted - Joe Myers did. Started via an internet solicitation by me as to what they had. They responded and continued to work with me via the internet until a vehicle satisfactory to me was in their inventory. When I went to the dealership to actually see the vehicle, I was greeted right away and everyone from the receptionist to the sales people were anxious to help me. We made a deal quickly and I drove the vehicle home that evening. I believe I got a good price and am very satisfied with the Edge, I dealt with Glen LeCamus and Fausto Andrade in sales. Both were very helpful and anxious for us to make a deal. The people I met in Service and in the contract/closing group were also very helpful. I will certainly recommend Joe Myers Ford and Glen and Fausto to anyone in the market for a new Ford product. I will certainly go back. More
