I had done my homework prior to coming to the dealership, so I knew exactly what I wanted. I was expecting to receive the hard sale but that was so far from what I received. Deb was customer centric and an excellent communicator and put the process at ease. She and James owned it and the discussions began. I left the dealership unsure of what I was going to do as I was looking at the same vehicle at another dealership. Although they made the price a little better, I came back for the customer service they gave me. They followed up during the process to answer any outstanding questions that I may have had and the followed up after the sale. I would recommend these two to anyone and would use them again. I called and started talking to Cedric 3 days before I even came in. Once I came in the dealership, he had everything ready for me. There were several options for me to choose. I have always been afraid of going to dealerships but no more. I have found my new and forever SUPER-CAR SALESMAN!!! I found myself at the dealership a litter longer than I wanted because I couldn't quit make up my mind. He was very patience and did not pressure me either way. Once I picked out a SUV, the price was a little more than I wanted to pay. He went back to the drawing board and brought me something that was more suitable for my budget. He went above and beyond to make sure my experience was awesome. I left with my SUV and a smile on my face. I thought that would be the last I heard from Cedric...I was wrong. The following week, he called to check on me and to see how I was liking my SUV. He did the same thing the following week! Lol...I would recommend this dealership and Cedric to anyone.
