Good experience I had an overall good experience. Our experience with Ismail and Wayne was tense but that was mainly because we were trying to get the best deal. W I had an overall good experience. We appreciate their patience. The only downside was the car we purchased was not washed and prepared to a standard I thought was necessary. I was disappointed that the shop technicians did not secure my bed cover and did not inform my salesman. I reported the issue to my salesman and to their customer service dept and both assured me the responsible party would be counseled. Otherwise, excellent experience.
