After realizing that it was missing a couple of options I wanted, Kendrix was able to locate a vehicle which had everything I needed for very close to the price of the original vehicle. I'm a very indecisive person so honestly, I was expecting Kendrix to lose a bit of patience with me taking my time when looking at the numbers, however, both he and Ryan B. (manager) listened to my concerns and provided fantastic and honest opinions which put my mind at ease. Finance: Once Ryan made the numbers work in my favor (and gave me a great appraisal value for my trade-in), I got to meet Yao Nguyen in finance. Yao was also amazing and got us a great interest rate!
