We apologize that we did not exceed your expecations. Your 2017 Accord was towed in on 12/20 because the key was lost. We cut and programmed a new key to the vehicle on 12/21. The Accord was then parked out front ready for pick up. There was no indication that there was a problem with the tire. The car sat in the same spot right in front of our Service Department until it was picked up a week later on 12/28. If we had noticed any issue with the tire we would have brought it to your attention. The price quoted was for a new tire due to the fact that the sidewall was damaged by driving on it flat. We offered to sell you the tire at our cost and cover the labor for mounting and balancing and you declined our offer. Thank you for your time and have a blessed day.

Yes correct I declined to pay you for a problem that you all created that was not a problem before or was an issue that I had. I purchased a tire on Saturday from in my experience a better service and situation with Germain Honda of Beavercreek. So your solve wasn't a solve it was a pay you more money and not take care of the customer. So thanks for allowing me to plug Germain Honda so I can tell you and everyone who is reading this how much better they did. I paid more but it was worth it because it wasn't there mistake but still cost me less than your initial offer of the $200 plus that you quoted me. Point being It wasn't about the money it was the principal. You tried to charge me for something that I was not responsible and your way of fixing it was to charge me a discounted rate for a problem that wasn't my created by me because the vehicle was with you for the entire time. Way to prove my point. You aren't right in this situation and it is no way to say you are right. You broke my car and then tried to charge me for it. Joe Morgan customers are worth less than $150... Germain Honda waaay better than you guys
