I would have had service guy get mechanic and showed him and give him an xxx chewing. If it doesn’t get better then I will go trade somewhere other than Machens. More

Weird experience- usually better First- there was some unnecessary commentary about the level of wear on the tires I was replacing. When being introduced to the person that ordered the tires, the first person with whom I spoke made sure to tell them just how worn the current tires were. This felt unnecessary, as I was there to purchase new ones. It took for days to get in to get them changed. The service manager called me while they were working on my car to recommend an alignment, which I approved. I then received a call later that said they didn't have the technology necessary to perform the alignment on my vehicle because of some sensors it has which they wouldn't be able to reset. Fortunately, they "did me a favor" by not charging me the whole price for the service they recommended but couldn't complete. I ended up"only" paying $55 for a service they recommended and couldn't actually perform. Then, when I arrived to pick up my vehicle at 5:40, there was only one person in the service department. He was on the phone with another client for ten minutes explaining why it isn't the dealership's fault that the car they purchased smells weird, and that they should leave the windows down. When I went to complete the transaction, the card terminal wasn't working. Apparently there's no way to do manual payment, so instead the person at the desk violated PCI compliance by writing down all of my credit card information on paper. I was in too much of a hurry to object, as I was running late for a meeting. I'd have given one star, but the person that ordered the tires and the person that wrote down my card information were both nice and tried to be helpful. More
Pump replacement went smoothly but the highlight was a loaner car - brand new Passat!!. Actually thinking about future purchase of that awesome car. Slow didn’t do what I asked Had an appointment at 2 for yearly maintenance and I asked them to make the car honk when I lock the doors. Showed up at 145 there was one car ahead of me and the car didn’t move 245. Finally got it back at 345 and nothing had been done to make the car honk like I asked. Ok didn’t have time to deal with it then. People were nice and professional but service was very slow. More

Extremely helpful! I had to take my car in for routine maintenance, but I was also having a problem with the Bluetooth not registering in my car. JC was incredibly helpf I had to take my car in for routine maintenance, but I was also having a problem with the Bluetooth not registering in my car. JC was incredibly helpful with multiple other questions I had as well and he was very informative. He and Jeremy arranged for my car to be brought back to me at work after it was all finished which was great too. More
