Nice people. Great service. Love my 2014 Jetta TDI. 220,000 miles and very little REPAIRS, JUST ROUTINE MAINTENANCE. Nearly 40mpg still and runs great. More

Somewhat disappointed...always have had vehicle washed after my service. Not this time. Also, drove 2 hrs the week before not knowing they had went to appointments only and was unable to work me in. More

Hello Lorna, We thank you for taking the time to let us know how our service dept is doing. Due to the volume of service work our customers need we had to move to an appointment system to alleviate the waiting time. And it lets us know who is coming in and what is needed so we can schedule the time better. We do apologize for not getting your car washed, we will have to check to see why this didn't get done. We are going to forward your comments to our General Manager so he can look into it.

Lorna, What we found out is that the car wash equipment was under repair and took it out of commission for a couple days. It just started up again yesterday. We do apologize for not communicating this to you - our fault. As we stated, we have moved to an appointment based service system to allow us to better serve our customers. Just give us a call or schedule an appointment online and then you are covered! If you have any further issues when you bring your vehicle in, just ask for our Service Manager, Tom Turner, and he'll be glad to help out.
