After 3 hours they told me they just started on the 3 hour repair. I felt Terrible for the guy delivering that news as I was very unhappy. I live 80 miles away and I was not prepared to spend my entire day in Columbia. I will only be back for service there if absolutely necessary. Communication is key and they dropped the ball. I am however very happy with my VW. More
Awful service department - they lie, do not care about the customer, and do not stand behind their warranties. They also oversale unnecessary warranties. Just awful! Service was outstanding! JC had us checked in as soon as we arrived. All of our questions were answered quickly, service was completed, and we were back on the road in no time JC had us checked in as soon as we arrived. All of our questions were answered quickly, service was completed, and we were back on the road in no time. Bruce came out, our original salesman, and visited with us a bit, asked how we were enjoying the Atlas, and it was his regular day off! He didn’t come in because of us, but it was nice for him to check with us. Thanks guys! Tom & Wendy More

JC was wonderful going over everything. There were two recalls on my vehicle- he explained what was done and the part that needed to be ordered in order to fix my other recall.
