Used electronic appointment scheduler. Communication from the service writer was non existent. After several days of the dealer having the car we had only received one call. After a week my wife and I had no the service writer was non existent. After several days of the dealer having the car we had only received one call. After a week my wife and I had no idea what was and what was not being done. I called once and spoke to a female in the service department, assuming she could not find an ro she asked if she could call me back (I called around 8 am). At 5 pm I still had not heard anything back. My wife then called. Same story. Once we did get ahold of someone that knew what was going on they were great. Total costs of repairs and the service we got has led us to choose a different dealer moving forward. I know this has zero to do with it, but the company I work for purchased roughly 2.5 million dollars worth of vehicles from you in 2019, i was just hoping service and communication would have been a little more of a focus. Needed a part for our 2017 VW; a problem that didn't allow us to drive to the dealership 90 miles away. Josh in the parts department conversed with our local mechanic on Friday and had the correct part allow us to drive to the dealership 90 miles away.
