Ever since Joe Machens has started controlling the automobile industry in Columbia is has been nothing else than the rich getting richer. I’ve bought several vehicles from them and recently my 2014 VW automobile industry in Columbia is has been nothing else than the rich getting richer. I’ve bought several vehicles from them and recently my 2014 VW jhetta had a recall in Jan and 6 months later the same part the recall was for went bad causing my transmission to go bad. They opened a case and after 3 weeks waiting they finally let me know they were not going to help cover anything. Long story short they try to rack up a bill that was worth more than my car. Crazy right. Stop doing business with these people they do not care about you as you are just another number to them. More

I called about 15 times to get an update on my car and received about 1 call in that entire week timespan. When I figured out my car was ready it was because I actually called. I had to leave a note with the receptionist saying what my next step was gonna be. I will not be coming back. More
