Not very happy. It took over two hours to get an oil change and tire rotation with an appointment!!! And the female at the desk was not helpful at all. In addition, she basically told another customer change and tire rotation with an appointment!!! And the female at the desk was not helpful at all. In addition, she basically told another customer who was obviously frustrated there was nothing more that could be done to dis a problem the customer was having with her vehicle. She had the vehicle in multiple times Not a good experience at all. Not to mention the cost of $150.00plus I dealt with none of the people listed below. More
Appointment times don’t matter. Brought my vehicle in and was told there was no issue however there was something wrong so I drove all the way home to figure out the next day they basically did nothing to my was told there was no issue however there was something wrong so I drove all the way home to figure out the next day they basically did nothing to my car and then I have to take time out of my day and my job to bring the car to them a second time when it was a completely fixable issue. If I had known my brand new car would spend 10 days out of the year at a Volkswagen dealership with issues I would have never bought it. More
Well let’s start with I called and made appointment to get a few things looked at. I made the appointment Tuesday November 24th at 8 am. I was early and while I sat there in the waiting area I could see my car and it didn’t get moved into the shop to get looked at till 9 am. I was having you guys look at my heater cause it’s blowing hot air on the driver side but the passenger side is blowing cool air. Also asked to look for a antifreeze leak cause I’ve been having to add some here and there. The lady told me that they use antifreeze when it gets cold. So the lady came and talked to me and said the passenger side is ONLY blowing 21 degrees cooler than the driver side. Might need a coolant flush she said. So I left the dealership after I paid $128 and nothing was fixed. Passenger side of the car is way cooler than the driver side still and still adding antifreeze. I work at a marina and service boats so I understand how all this works and I’m just not happy with the service I received. I live at the lake of the Ozarks so it’s a bit of a drive to come get my car looked at under warranty. More
