I bought the car with a nail in the front passenger tire, and I wasn’t warned of this before the purchase. I kept having issues with the tire pressure, and finally went into service to get it checked out. Th and I wasn’t warned of this before the purchase. I kept having issues with the tire pressure, and finally went into service to get it checked out. They told me nothing was wrong with it. I looked into it myself and found a nail in the tire (it took me about a minute to find). The Service Dept wouldn’t fix it or change the tire for me, I had to do it myself. I was told I would get my spare key once I received the title, and I never got it. I communicated with my salesman multiple times about it, and i talked to the service dept. and the sales manager and no one was willing to help me. I ended up going to Joe Machens Mazda and they got my spare key for me. I was extremely disappointed with the customer service. Once they made a sale and got my check, they weren’t willing to help, even when I was sold a car with a nail in the tire. More
