Great service thanks to JC! I don’t know of anyone who can do more when he is provided with less. And even he CAN ONLY DO what is within his limits. And the service department ARE the front door. With online car buying becoming more popular the service department needs to step up its game. Maybe some salesmen can learn a thing or two. Misdiagnosed car, rediagnosed and lumped the previous cost in with new cost and compt me a car to use. Awesome! Great!....Doesnt order the parts, forgets my car exists. I have to call 4 times over cours cost in with new cost and compt me a car to use. Awesome! Great!....Doesnt order the parts, forgets my car exists. Only reason I dont give one star is because they let me use a rental for free, which was the right thing to do. Little trust my car will actually be fixed at this point. More

Took my daughter's beetle in for an airbag recall replacement. Staff was polite and service provided was excellent.
